Over the past year we have undergone some positive changes and improvements to eckhoMedia including the way that we work with our valued clients. Within the coming weeks we will be launching our own bespokely designed and written client portal that will be another major milestone for eckhoMedia.
This new client portal will help streamline and improve the way that our clients can view their invoices, view and manage their personal details and manage support requests relating to their website, email accounts, content updates, design requests, marketing or search engine optimisation.
This new platform that we have designed and developed in house will enable us to add further features and functionality in the future to improve our method of communication and reporting to clients and ensure that we are completely transparent with our systems and services. This new client portal will be available 24/7/365 and will be accessible securely from anywhere with an internet connection.
We will be sending out login details to our existing clients and invite our clients to login and view our new system once it is launched. One of our main services is bespoke web application development and this new client portal will also showcase our work and what is possible.
We believe this will streamline and improve requests for information as well as giving our clients access to their data at their fingertips.
