New premium spam filtering service launched

Over the past few months we have been testing and trialling a new premium spam filtering service, we are now proud to announce that this service is now available as an additional service to all of our clients.

As we all know our email inboxes get filled up with spam emails, the content of these spam emails normally contains inappropriate content, fake bank emails, viruses, malware, phishing attempts or mass mailings with no relation to your company or organisation. Some spam emails can often look very genuine and can allow your sensitive information to be compromised should any of the links be clicked on and data filled out.

From our tests with our launch clients we have seen a 77% reduction in spam emails over the past 3 months, this is a great start and just shows how much spam each of us must deal with on a daily basis.

Speaking to another client recently it was part of their day to day job to clear out junk and spam emails, add that time up each month and that begins to turn into some considerable time wasted each month, that time could be better spent on other essential tasks.

So how does our new service work?

We are providing this new premium spam filtering service as a subscription where clients can choose to pay either monthly or yearly. Clients who opt to pay yearly benefit from a slightly reduced cost over the course of the year.

All emails sent and received are then routed through the spam server which checks for content and matches it against a large spam database and deals with it before anything reaches your email account.

Spam emails are quarantined which means that you never miss an important email, reports are generated showing emails captured by the spam filter and the client can request to deliver an email if they wish to see it. Any spam emails that get missed, and those aren’t very often, can be forwarded to the spam server as the software is continuously learning.

How do I signup or get started?

If you are an existing client of ours simply send an email using our contact form or known email addresses and we can discuss the process of setting up the service on your email accounts, this process usually takes a few days to setup and configure. Once setup clients will see the notable difference straight away.
