After months of development the team at eckhoMedia have successfully completed and launched their bespoke client portal to all registered clients.
This new client portal marks another major milestone in the growth and expansion of eckhoMedia that has been developed to improve and streamline communications with clients as well as being completely transparent in our approach to data and clients access to it.
All registered clients to the new portal will have access to the following:
- View invoices and their status
- View company account details
- Manage support tickets
- View subscribed services
The new portal has been built with flexibility in mind, access to the portal can be made on any internet connected device, 24×7, anywhere in the world. Clients can view and submit support tickets for help, work requests and more. See a list of outstanding invoices, view the various services on their account, whether it be SSL certificates, website hosting or domain names including renewal dates.
We are confident that this new portal will streamline and improve requests for support and information as well as giving our clients access to their personal data as and when required. This new system ensures that we fully comply with GDPR for data security and data access.
The introduction of this new portal is not to remove our personal service but more to speed up response times of requests and ensure that requests for support or updates are dealt with efficiently and collaboratively.
Login details are currently being sent out to clients who are now being invited to use the new system which is provided free of charge.
Before launch we already have plans to further expand and add further features to the client portal, these will be released and clients notified later this year.
